Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing with Tossed in Grass. 

 

At this time, this store is not offering returns on all products. This is mainly due to how we are newly in business and using this platform as a learning opportunity on ecommerise as well as a place for selling the Creators handmade items. 

Since some of these items are handmade there will be no return on these types of items now or in the near future. However, if you are upset with the item, that is not listed or described as handmade, Tossed in Grass is willing to consider a return with return reason. Please be aware that if a return is accepted it will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee taken from the final amount.

Please reach out to our email tossedingrass@gmail.com and we will try to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase or discuss the reasons for wanting to return the non-handmade product. If you feel that this is not a fair policy please take note that Tossed in Grass is actively trying to make it so that all returns are able to be accommodated without conversation with the shop by summer 2024.
